Magnificent Lorraine or Chalet Art Glass Large Centrepiece, Red Orange & Amber Rare, Vintage, Murano
This a Stunning large Chalet or Lorraine Glass centerpiece. It is one of the nicest I've come across. Very heavy.
The colors are beautiful, amber at the bottom progresses to orange on the body and then to red.
It is in 99.9% perfect condition with a barely perceptible scratch on one pulled tendril.
This is an incredibly massive piece of stretched art glass, featuring a 4 pulled tendrils (twisted at the ends) in red and tapering to yellow/amber at the rounded weighted base. There is about a 3" deep bowl at the bottom.
The piece is aprox 24" across from tip to longest tip.
Width is aprox 10"
This practically covered the diameter of my 36" coffee table as pictured.
A fabulous statement piece.
