It is a Refrigerator Pitcher called Oxford Ware. It would usually have a lid attached as well.
It is 7.5 inches tall and is approximately 4 inches in diameter. It is a beautiful Periwinkle Blue color. It is fully glazed on the inside It is a handsome, sturdy pitcher or vase; ideal for a mid century styled kitchen.
