Georges Briard (May 17, 1917 – July 30, 2005 New York) was an American designer in the 1950's, 1960's, and 1970's. He is most well known for his signature dishware and glassware - everything from cups and plates to gold plated serving dishes. His signature collection was stocked at noted department stores, such as Neiman Marcus and Bonwit Teller.
