This is a Stunning White Glass Textured Hand Blown Vase from Kosta Boda by Bertil Vallien marked on the bottom with 48226 and the artists name.
Bertil Vallien designed the Rainbow series for Åfors glassworks in the 1980s. It consists of objects with colorful threads on a white surface.
Mottled white oval cylinder form with distinctive multicolor ribboon strands on the sides. Signed on bottom with "Kosta Boda B. Vallien 48226"
This vase is translucent so you can see the overlay pattern when the light shines through.
It is in Mint condition.
Would make a great wedding present or keep this one for yourself and display with window light coming through the piece.
