This is a Wonderfully Simple Vintage Hand Made, Hand Painted Clown that serves as a coin Bank.
Standing 5" High, 6" Wide this bank has a Coin Slot in his Belly and Box on the backside with a wooden cover that slides open to retrieve the coins.
With Green hair and Striped Shirt our fellow has a Large Red Bow tie and requisite Red Nose.
