Vintage Kitchen Must Have!
This is a Stunning Eichwald Majolica Compote from Czechoslovakia in Emerald Purple on the interior and Green on the Bottom.
Colors are vivid Purple, Green, and it has red and yellow raised roses all around the rim. The bowl is inches across, 2 inches deep, marked on the bottom Eichwald Czechoslovakia 7023. In wax pencil under the glaze, it is marked 2561 21.
Fill it with Pears or Clementines, grapes or plums. The color mix is dazzling.
Near perfect condition.
Measures: 14" long and 9" Wide. Opening is 10"x6"
