This Charming Toy Wobbles but it won't Fall Down!
Wonderful Plastic Clown Toy from the 1960's
Vintage Roly Poly Clown by REGAL which was established in 1959 in Toronto, Canada. It's a wobbly toy and it “tinkles” musically when it rolls around. Made out of heavy molded plastic and marked Regal Canada on back.
